Section 1 - Cart & Billing information

We collect your personal information such as name, email address and contact number for the purpose of new registration on our website to earn points after every purchase of our merchandise.

We will safeguard and protect any personal information provided under the Singapore legislation of PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) as a guideline for the company. Any new registration using personal data, will be protected under this regulation.

 

Section 2 - Payment information

Ninjacatz is using Stripe payment gateway which is known to be reliable and easy to use, providing our customers a seamless and hassle-free transactional experience. Stripe also accepts major credit/debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, American Express and others. All payment data saved, will be protected under Section 1.1

 

Section 3 - Trademark & Copyright

We treat our brand very seriously and will not tolerate any reproducing, publishing, adaptation or modification of our designs.

Any infringement of copyright or any of the above actions caught will be handled strictly accordingly to law and will not hesitate to take legal actions against the individual.

All Ninjacatz brands and merchandize are exclusive to the J&K partners and collaborators. Any misuse of our brand will be dealt with, under section 1.3.
